Filing for Dissolution in Auglaize County, Ohio
Auglaize County's dissolution process has three sharp edges most filers don't expect: Standing Orders take effect the second you file (and restrict what you can do with property, kids, and accounts), your Decree of Dissolution must be typewritten (handwritten entries are flatly rejected), and every dollar of court costs must clear before the Decree is entered. The Dissolution Checklist published by the court is the single best roadmap for getting it right.
