Filing for Dissolution in Montgomery County, Ohio
Montgomery County has one of the most well-resourced Domestic Relations Courts in Ohio — a dedicated Compliance Office, a Virtual Self Help Center with guided online form preparation, and a Free Legal Help Line. The single most important deadline to remember is this: your proposed Final Decree must be submitted at least 21 days before your hearing or your case can be dismissed. Two small but easy-to-miss quirks: the court's PDF forms cannot be saved (print immediately), and all forms must be printed single-sided.
