One division handles married and unmarried parents
Hardin County abolished its separate Juvenile Court when the Domestic Relations Division was created on January 1, 2023. The same division (Judge Maria Santo, One Courthouse Square, Suite 210, Kenton; (419) 674-2233) hears divorce, dissolution, and legal separation AND juvenile, parentage, never-married custody, and protection-order cases.
