Why Defiance County is different
A-OK parenting class for DR cases only
In Domestic Relations cases involving custody or parenting time, parents must finish the online "Assisting Our Kids (A-OK)" program within 75 days of the complaint or motion (DR Local Rule 11.01); the fee comes out of the court-cost deposit.
